A.Yes. Music is fully customizable — Khaleeji tracks, oud-based arrangements, traditional Saudi music, percussion-only versions or international hits depending on event tone. All music is approved with the client in advance.
Q.How long does a show last and how much space is needed?
A.Stage performance: 10–20 minutes. Walking act: 1–3 hours. Workshops: 45–90 minutes. Minimum 3×3 metres on any stable surface — ballroom, stadium pitch, mall atrium, desert camp deck or exhibition floor.
Q.Do you charge Saudi VAT (15%) on invoices?
A.Saki is a foreign vendor (Germany / EU). B2B services delivered in Saudi Arabia fall under the VAT Reverse Charge mechanism — Saudi VAT-registered clients self-account for the 15% VAT on their ZATCA return. A tax-compliant invoice with all required fields is provided. This is the standard approach for EU service providers performing in the Kingdom.
Q.Who handles the Saudi visa and travel logistics?
A.Saki coordinates the Saudi B-1 commercial visa or eVisa with the client or Saudi sponsor providing the invitation letter. Multi-day engagements (Riyadh Season) supported with extended-stay coordination. Flights and accommodation are typically covered by the client or included in the package quote.
Q.Can the show be branded for our company or sponsor?
